UK Sourcers News – 11th June 2012

Just a short news update this week, a few jobs spotted and some interesting bits and bobs about Google and LinkedIn.

Opportunities:

Experienced Recruiters – up for a challenge in the Corporate Real Estate Market
Recruitment Sourcer (6 month FTC) – Amazon in Slough
Senior HR Manager – Mindcandy, London

Search Engines:

If Google Were A Person – A great insight into the workings of the web’s most popular search engine from Bill Boorman.

Also check out this guide to Googling from OnlinePhD.org as featured on the SourceCon blog.

Other News:

More than 6 million LinkedIn passwords were stolen by hackers last week. A tool to check if your password was among them is a handy way to see if you need to take action. I would recommend changing your password and if you use that password with any other service, change it there too.
